판웨이보(潘玮柏 반위백, Pan Wilber)와 위엔야웨이(袁娅维 원아유, Tia Ray)
싱글 곡 《Moonlight》로 빛을 밝히다
지난 8월 6일 판웨이보(반위백, Pan Wilber)는 자신의 36번째 생일을 맞아 HitFm을 통해 세계를 대상으로 《Moonlight》 영문버전을 첫 방송을 했고, 같은 날 POP Radio를 통해 중문버전을 첫 방송했다.
이는 투어공연을 진행하며 중국신설창(中国新说唱)을 겸하고 있는 판웨이보가 팬들에게 보내는 새로운 작품으로, 이번 곡에서는 특별히 "영혼 음악의 디바" 위엔야웨이(원아유)를 초청하여 함께했으며, 많은 팬들로 부터 호평과 찬사가 쏟아졌다.
판웨이보는 이번 곡에 대해 웨이보에 "최고의 PLUR 노래! 여러분들이 많이 좋아했으면 좋겠습니다~"고 글을 올렸다.
《Moonlight》는 판웨이보가 로스앤젤래스에서 침체돼 있을때
차를 몰고가며 날이 저물면서 나타난 달을 보고
신비하고 황홀한 빛에 갑자기 생각이 떠올라 만들어낸 작품이다.
그동안 판웨이보의 몸상태는 면역 신경이 균형을 잃고,
혈압이 높아졌다 낮아졌다 함으로 인하여 좋지 않은 상황이었다.
심지어는 Demo를 녹음할때 어지럼증으로
제대로 서있지도 못했다고 한다.
하지만 그는 여전히 일에 매달렸고, 《Moonlight》 녹음기간에 대하여
그는, "몸이 견디지 못하고 쓰러지려고 할때
저는 만약 이것이 나의 최후의 노래라면 이라고 생각했습니다.
그리고 저는 노래를 완성하고야 말았습니다.
'do it one more time!'"라고 말했다.
《Moonlight》는 판웨이보가 직접 작사와 작곡을 했으며,
이로써 그는 그의 간판인 랩을 완벽하게 소화해 냈고,
특히 영혼의 디바 위엔야웨이와 처음으로 강대강으로 만나
손을잡고 더욱 완벽하게 만들어 냈다.
이뿐아니라 이 노래는 미국의 유명 프로듀서 Aristocrats 및
스웨덴 《The Voice》에서의 유명가수 Sibel이 함께 했으며,
Music Camp를 함께 제작 완성해 냈다.
이러한 제작환경으로 인해 발표전부터 많은 팬들의 기대를 모았다.
데뷔이후 부터 계속하여 앞뒤전후를 살피지 않고
기를 쓰고 자아에 도전했던 판웨이보는
